With the nonprofit organization the Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation (GVSHP), I created 3D models using SketchUp and Google Earth to illustrate possible developments made possible through air rights transfers in the West Village.
GVSHP used this work to advocate for the preservation of the Village's architectural heritage by lobbying against air rights transfers.
GVSHP was successful in their efforts to provide neighborhood protections.
